I have been a professional freelance writer since 2001. My articles for the web have appeared on sites including WOW! Women on Writing, TravelWise, Health Insurance Carriers, Experts123, Democratic Underground, and BellaOnline.

In addition to being a freelance writer, I attended the University of Kansas, receiving my BA in Psychology in 1990 and my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1996. I am a licensed clinical social worker.
